FAQ
A few things
you might be wondering.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The conversation and recommendations are free. You can use the plan yourself. Paid implementation is separate and optional, with a written scope and price before you decide.
When do I give my email?
After the seven business questions, just before the final recommendations. Enter your email and the code you receive. We use it to verify your address and send your recommendations with a website link. This is not a marketing subscription.
Can I start now?
Yes, the business questions are open. Final recommendations and their email delivery need email verification. Our product-domain sender is not connected yet, so the final step remains unavailable until setup is complete.
Is this an AI conversation?
AI Your Work currently uses guided questions and recommendations about AI and automation. An AI-assisted conversation is in development and is not active yet.
What recommendations will I get?
Ideas for the repetitive task you want to improve, such as lead follow-up, support, data entry or reporting. They include next steps and assumptions. Time estimates need validation; they are not guaranteed savings.
Can you implement a recommendation?
That is the optional next step. After your report, request a scope review. We review fit, access, specialist availability, scope and funding before agreeing to a project. A request does not place an order.
Can I use WhatsApp, Telegram or Slack?
WhatsApp and Telegram will open after their accounts are connected. Slack is planned. The Channels menu shows actual availability. Cross-channel transfers are not available yet.
What should I share?
A general description of your business, tools and workflow is enough. Do not send passwords, keys, customer records or confidential documents. Submitted business answers are saved to support the assessment. The privacy notice explains storage and data requests.
Which languages can I use?
Choose English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese or Hebrew. The site, chat questions and final recommendations use that language. Non-English website links include the lang parameter.
