YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice.

AI Your Work is currently operated by Nir Fainshtein, based in Israel, as identified by the service owner. The service is in development. Commercial registration, seller verification, and final paid-service terms remain pending.

The business-question conversation is free and available before email verification. At the end, email verification is required to view the final recommendations and receive their email copy. Final report delivery becomes available when the verified sender is connected. Paid services remain disabled until the operator’s commercial details, payment eligibility, and service policies are verified.

What we collect

The chat starts by explaining AI Your Work and asking about your business. When you submit the first business answer, you agree to storing that answer and the conversation for this free assessment. Opening the page or selecting a suggested reply does not create a consultation. Please keep personal, confidential, and customer information out of the chat. Business questions precede email collection; final recommendations are revealed only after email verification.

After the business questions, when you request email verification to receive the final recommendations, we collect your email address and verify it with a six-digit code. We retain a protected code hash, its expiry and attempt count, and limited email-delivery evidence. We do not save the plaintext code in your conversation or our database. Sending your email in the final step agrees to its use for verification and sending the recommendations with a website link. This does not subscribe you to marketing.

Discovery saves your description of your business, team, workflows, tools, and constraints, together with generated recommendations. If you request implementation help, we save your name, verified email, company, and separate contact consent. Specialist applications contain your contact details, skills, portfolio link, rate, and timezone. Privacy requests contain the email and details you provide to locate and review your request.

Basic operational records help protect the service against misuse and record saved business actions. Email send limits shared by verification and recommendation emails use hashed email and request-source identifiers, counters, and reset times. Please do not enter passwords, sensitive personal information, regulated data, or confidential documents.

What we use it for

We use your email to confirm control of the address and send the final recommendations and a public link to our website in the selected language. A provider acknowledgement is not confirmation that you received or read the email. We use discovery answers to suggest initial automation opportunities, review proposal requests, and prepare a possible implementation scope. We use your verified email for a scope review only when you request it and separately agree to contact. Application details help us review independent specialists and match their skills to potential work. Privacy request details are used to locate relevant records, verify the requester’s identity, and respond to the request. Verification, a proposal request, or an application does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where information is processed

The website and its hosted data storage use Sites and Cloudflare. These hosting providers process information needed to serve and store your requests. Resend processes your email address, verification message and recommendation report when the sender is connected. Protected delivery records retain the exact recipient, sender, language and report payload needed to prevent duplicate or changed retries. The website link contains only the selected language, not your private chat token or business answers. The operator reviews relevant records through the private operations workspace.

The free automated assessment currently uses a guided, rules-based process and does not call an AI model API. To review proposal requests, support questions, and specialist applications, the operator may use AI-assisted tools, including OpenAI. Those tools may process the relevant details you submit for that review. This notice will be updated before model-powered discovery is enabled. If messaging channels are enabled, the messaging provider also processes messages according to its own terms.

Your device and resume access

When a consultation is created for your first submitted business answer, or an existing consultation is resumed, the chat saves a consultation identifier and a private resume token in your browser’s local storage. Opening the page, reading onboarding/help replies, or selecting a suggestion does not create a consultation. A new consultation is created when you submit the first business answer with the assessment storage disclosure. Business answers and guided chat replies are saved before email verification. General introductory replies before that first answer stay in temporary browser memory. The chat does not save answers, email addresses, or codes in local storage. The selected language is carried by the website’s lang URL parameter and saved with the conversation. Changing language does not verify an email or skip any step. An emailed public website link does not itself give another device access to your private chat. Treat the token as private: someone with access to it may be able to resume the conversation and see its verified email. Clearing this browser’s site data removes local resume access; it does not erase server records. Verification is bound to the conversation where you requested the code; it does not sign you into other conversations or channels.

Deletion and retention

Use the chat’s conversation controls to permanently erase your saved conversation and its unfunded proposal request. Successful erasure also removes the resume token from this device. It removes the related verification challenge, messages, contact request, scope records, recommendation-email delivery snapshots and queued channel messages. Email already accepted by a provider cannot be recalled. Paused or deleted chats do not authorize new recommendation emails; a send already in progress may have been accepted by the provider.

Verification codes expire after ten minutes and allow at most five attempts. Expiry prevents use of a code; it does not itself erase every associated record. Verification challenges and send-limit buckets become eligible for bounded privacy cleanup 24 hours after expiry. Other providers retain their own processing records according to their terms.

Discoveries with checkout or project records cannot be erased through the browser’s resume token. They need a reviewed request so pending payment confirmations, financial records, and project obligations can be handled appropriately. Use the privacy request form below.

Unfunded discoveries become eligible for cleanup after 30 days of inactivity. Unfunded proposal requests in a new or closed state become eligible after 90 days of inactivity. Cleanup preserves qualified or scoped requests and all records associated with checkout or a project for reviewed retention. Specialist applications can be erased after identity verification if they are not associated with a project. Completed or rejected privacy requests become eligible for cleanup after 90 days.

Implementation and payments

Where you choose implementation, relevant project context may be shared with an assigned specialist under agreed confidentiality and data-handling terms. Specialists should receive only the information needed for the agreed work. When payments become available, the configured payment provider handles card or account information through its own checkout. AI Your Work does not ask for card information in discovery.

Your requests and choices

Use the form below to request access, correction, erasure, or ask another privacy question. The operator may verify your identity through the original contact email or another documented check before taking action. Some financial and project records may need to be retained. A request is reviewed; submitting it does not automatically erase records.

Changes

This notice will be updated as the service’s processing and commercial operation change. Review the applicable notice and service terms before agreeing to a paid project.
